Why a 3-month Coaching Package Makes Sense

  1. Supports lasting change. Neuroscience indicates habit formation averages 66 days, with complex behaviors needing 90+ days for it to feel automatic.

  2. Normalizes "good enough" writing, builds resilience, and reduces immediate pressure by allowing time for thoughtful feedback and revision.

  3. Focused support to make meaningful writing progress, providing the crucial experience of follow-through that builds confidence and breaks negative patterns.

Important Tip

This package is flexible, meaning you can use all 3 months consecutively or break up the 3 months across 6 months.

NOTE: All components in this package must be used within 6 months, unless otherwise agreed upon with coach.
