8-WEEK GROUP COACHING

The Focused ADHD Writers Group

Now Enrolling June 2nd Cohort 6 spots

This small-group program is designed for writers with ADHD who are ready to stop spinning and start finishing. Weekly live group calls, private 1:1 sessions (open and close), peer accountability, and brain-friendly strategies. All in a community that gets it.

Now Enrolling: Founding Cohort

The Focused Writers Group is now enrolling its founding cohort — running June 2nd through July 21st, with weekly live sessions on Tuesdays from 8–9 PM ET.

This small, carefully selected group of writers will help shape this program while receiving the most personalized experience this group will ever offer.

Founding members receive a discounted rate, and in exchange, your feedback helps shape what this program becomes.

Only 6 spots — intentionally small so everyone gets real support, not just a seat in a room.

Who This Program Is For

This group is designed for writers who are:

  • Struggling to write regularly, and suspect ADHD is making it harder

  • Looking for accountability, structure, and community with other writers who “get it”

  • Ready to create a sustainable, brain-friendly writing practice

  • Tired of trying to “push harder” alone and want expert strategies that work with their brain

  • Excited to finally make steady progress on their draft — without burning out

Why Group Coaching

Individual coaching is powerful — but groups offer something unique:

  • Shared community + accountability (you don’t have to do this alone)

  • Learning from the struggles and wins of other ADHD writers

  • Built-in encouragement and momentum

  • A more affordable way to access ADHD writing coaching
