Welcome to Creative Thrive Coaching. While our business may be referred to as Creative Thrive Coaching, our legal entity is registered as Wiswell Creative LLC, a Limited Liability Company.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (TOS). Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services.

1. General Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. Any use of the website that violates applicable laws or regulations is prohibited. You must not misuse the site or its content in any way that could harm the functionality or availability of the website.

2. Services Provided

Creative Thrive Coaching offers specialized coaching services designed to help writers with ADHD understand and work effectively with their unique challenges. My coaching focuses on improving the writer’s relationship with themselves and their writing process through enhanced self-awareness and education. My coaching programs are personalized to meet each client's unique needs, drawing upon both scientific evidence and practical insights.

Please note that all services, sessions, and content are intended for personal development purposes only and do not substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment. While I hold a PhD in Psychology, I am not a licensed clinician, and coaching services should not be considered therapy or psychological treatment.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for coaching services are due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment plans are available, and terms will be discussed during the consultation. Failure to complete payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. If you know in advance that you’re unable to attend a session, please notify me as soon as possible. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may need it. Missed sessions or late cancellations may result in fees or loss of the session. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Creative Thrive Coaching and may not be reproduced or used without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While I strive to offer the best coaching experience, Creative Thrive Coaching is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the coaching provided. Coaching outcomes depend on your own personal effort, and I cannot guarantee specific results.

7. Modifications to Terms

Creative Thrive Coaching reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
